A past Advisor and Non-Executive Director on behalf of 3i’s ‘Start Up’ Ventures, a Global Information Technology ‘Trouble Shooter’ and Executive Mentor for a number of branded West Coast USA Technology Companies. Current Focus: using past experience (where applicable) combined with latest technologies and open research, my focus is on increasing capability in the business community, helping shape business cultures to execute change more effectively and especially helping our young people to develop winning mindsets as they embark upon their career journeys.

Beliefs:

A strong believer that ‘everything is possible’ but not always in the way first imagined. Actively encouraging organisations as well as students and employees to challenge ‘status quo’ and think differently for themselves, advising but not telling them what to do.

Associations:

A contributor and collaborator on development of the Berkeley Innovation Index with the Sutardja Centre for Entrepreneurship & Technology, UC Berkeley, California. Global Industry Fellow at the School of Science & Technology, IE University, Madrid and Fellow of Oxbridge College, Oxford

Volunteering:

A Volunteer teacher and lecturer on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership with various Educational Institutions in and around Oxfordshire, preparing our young people for their careers, especially in moving from the world of academia to employment.
